Reiki: is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
Mirimiri Therapy is similar to other traditional massage techniques, while also incorporating Māori wairua. Mirimiri means “natural gift” and encompasses a person's physical as well as spiritual wellbeing.
Intuitive Guidance: helps us to gain insights, guidance and information that are often beyond the conceptual, logical mind. It requires slowing down, and opening into a depth of listening.
